Had a very pleasant experience at this property. The staff was wonderful. There is no amount of training that can replace the genuine care and concern expressed by this staff for its guests. The property was well maintained and I felt at home with the amenities. Special call out to Pam and Michael at the front desk for the welcome and help with early check in. Also had a very nice conversation with one of the Maintenance staff who was painting this weekend. I felt he really wanted to know about my trip and the tournament our boys were playing in. He was so engaged in conversation that he even continued up the elevator with me despite passing his stop ... I thought... what "employee" does this? Wow, I was really blown away. If I can expect this at other properties, you have won over a repeat customer at Home2 Suites.
We chose to host our family reunion at Home2 Suites because of the convenience and the great amenities. We had about 160 people who attended and most stayed at Home2 Suites and other nearby Hilton owned hotels. I must say that the Home2 Suites is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are spacious with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A delicious breakfast is served free in the morning which had a lot of options for everyone. You don't need coins to do laundry because use of their laundry is free when you bring your own supplies! (What a shock that was for me!) And the staff were friendly and very welcoming with smiles. Dalila, Pam, Marsha, and Michael were very responsive to our needs and strive to make our stay there perfect. Many thanks to them for making our family reunion most enjoyable!
We're here for our family reunion, our experience was wonderful, time we walked through the doors. Pam checked us in, she was very pleasant and helpful. Marsha and the other employees are great. Really made my stay nice. They even remember my name and room number. The breakfast is delicious, and they work with your schedule for cleaning days. I would definitely stay here again.
What an amazing hotel to stay in. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The Staff are amazing and very nice and friendly. Special thanks for some of the Staff such as Pam, Michael, and Glenda that I personally interfaced with. Pam is a very nice lady and always accommodating for the guests requests. She is a very hard worker with always an amazing attitude at all time. Also, Michael is a great guy with always a smile on his face. Very polite with excellent customer services. Last and not least, Glenda, she always have a great attitude, hard worker, and very friendly. I stayed in this Hotel multiple times for business and I love it. I always book with them. Big thanks for all the Staff. They are all amazing. This hotel is so recommended. Plus the location is amazing (close to the mall)
