BED BUGS! I've never had a worse experience in my life. Couldn't sleep for 4 nights after and had to throw out all my clothes.
WORST B&B I stayed at. I booked with them over the phone and had to pay cash to Ann at night when I arrived. In the morning Ann's daughter came and said I needed to pay again, because they didn't give me a receipt there is no proof that I actually paid. She then started yelling and swearing and made a big scene. My stay was already awful enough because the sheets were dirty and smelled like someone else's armpits. I had read some bad reviews but I liked the price. Should've never booked here.
The best bed and breakfast visit to date! ( and we travel to many all over Canada being in the forces) The owner woke up super early to serve breakfast at whatever timings we had needed. Even 4 and 5 am breakfasts! She went above and beyond all expectations and even offered us a lunch shake on the house which was delicious!We felt like home!I give this place a 10 on 10! Gorgeous rooms but the BEST HOSPITALITY SERVICE YET!
Anne and her daughter are two of the most good hearted and welcoming hosts I have encountered. My dad and I stayed here after a long bike trip. When we arrived, we were treated to a long dip in the hot tub, swim in the pool, offers of fresh picked fruit... Amazing breakfast and top notch hospitality from the second we arrived. Anne even made us sandwiches to take with us on the road. WOW!
I can't say enough about how relaxing, and how special Anne makes you feel, from the moment she opens the front door to welcome you home, until the very last minute of your hug goodbye. Anne's breakfast's are nothing short of amazing. Anne is a very loving, caring, warm women, who mothers you from the minute you arrive until she waves goodbye as you leave the driveway. You really need a few days here to experience all that Anne has to offer. Thank you Anne, my new friend.
