No serious issues with this hotel. Spent 2 weeks there. Friendly, helpful staff. Full size fridge and microwave! Appreciated the help of the shuttle bus driver on my short notice trip to BWI. They did lose track of the laundry I sent out out but eventually found everything. Only issue I had was its proximity to the main road and airport. You will hear - and probably feel - heavy trucks passing by the hotel. Also will hear aircraft in the traffic pattern at BWI. I was staying on the main road and BWI side of the hotel so I am sure that had a lot to do with it. Overall, this would be my first choice hotel if I had to stay in the area again.
A no-frills hotel with nice staff. The rooms are large and very nice and clean. Just needing more guest accomodations for the money spent.
I would rate this as an above-average Candlewood Suites. The facilities are clean well maintained and easy to navigate. The staff has been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. I am not sure about the breakfast, as I foregoed that as I left a bit early. Plenty of parking, although a little off the Beaten Track, not a bad spot to get out of the congestion of Annapolis. Very close to the airport but not under the take off pattern (a noise I love and can sleep through but some people not so much). I would recommend this to anybody coming into BWI, or just visiting marvelous Annapolis.
