The worst holiday ever. I have done tours before and enjoyed them immensely. The tour operator wasn't helpful and personable. All she did was talk about herself. The lack of facilitating connections between participants was poor. The only redeeming person was the bus driver. I never thought that i would say this but the American tour that I took far exceeded this one. Friendly, helpful, professional and the list goes on.
