We moved in 2015 from AB to ON and had planned a seamless move with U-Haul (or so we thought) until they would not bring our storage units from Waterloo, ON to our new location. Fidler Moving and Storage was more than helpful by going to U-Haul in Waterloo, unloading our items from storage units there and bringing our items to our new location. We appreciate them going above and beyond and we never had to step foot in U-Haul in Waterloo through the entire process. Thank you for your help at that time. I also found the moving help courteous, efficient, and respectful of our items.

"Grunt" staff is great. Be wary of office "cowboy", he abandoned me when I claimed for a large piece of glass "the grunts" broke. After I raised my voice & forced the issue in the office, "the cowboy" did manage an apology. I'll give 'em that much. Get EVERYTHING in writing B4. Very disappointed.
